Is it reflux?

My ds is 6 1/2 months
He was a bit sicky whe. He was younger but nothing that really concerned me, it started when he had a cold and was sicking up mucus

We started weaning 1 month ago with finger foods and I'm bf on demand still
His sicking hasn't gotten any better and I am now a bit more concerned as he sicks up food?
Does anyone else have experience of this?

Is the vomiting whilst swallowing, like a sensitive gag reflex or a little after the meal?

It comes after eating
He's really good eating, took to food straight away and does the odd cough during food if he's got a bit much in his mouth/not ready to swallow
Seeing hv this week so will definitely mention it, was never as concerned when it was just milk but more worried now its food too
