My little boy is 10 months old and I still breast feed him. He is on solids too, and eats well, during the day he only really breast feeds when he is really tired to get to sleep for a nap. I am wondering now if he is not getting enough milk during the day as he is still up several times a night for milk. Or will this not make any difference?

I think DS had 4 or 5 breastfeeds in the day at that age.

Often night feeds aren't about hunger at this ago though, it is either comfort or a sleep association - when they need a breastfeed to get back to sleep.

If he is waking lots have a look at the reverse cycling info on Kellymom. Have you read the No Cry Sleep Solution too and could the 9 month sleep regression still be affecting thing?
