Don't feel want to feed my then 8 months with sweet commercial food pots. But is there any way to feed him with home made?

Or I have to carry the blender with me?

By 8 months I would imagine that your ds would be capable of eating finger food or more lumpy spoon fed food. So I don't think you'd need the blender by then - as you could either give him suitable finger food, or mash food with a fork until lumpy but not smooth.

We went on holiday when ds was 8 mnths and I took a batch of frozen home made meals in those little pots with lids in a cool bag, and some one sthat hadn't been frozen.
The defrosted ones were perfect to be eaten onthe first day and the pthers went into the freezer when we arrived at cottage.
I also took a few ella's kitchen pouches, but as previous poster said he was eating a lot of what we were by then by way of finger food.
