Follow on milk

Does anyone use follow on milk? I am weaning my 6mo, do I need to swap him to follow on milk now or shall I keep him on his normal milk?

You don't need follow on milk. It was only invented so that formula manufacturers had something to advertise.

The NHS advice is to stick with first stage until 12 months then swap to full fat cows milk. There is also some research that suggest the iron in the follow on milk can be detrimental. Have a look here
