Hi - just wondering what milk people use for cereal and porridge - DD (8mths) is EBF (and BLW) but there's no time for expressing extra: I have given cows milk on weetabix, but boiled it first, is this ok?? TIA x

You don't need to boil it. Full fat cows milk is fine in cooking from 6 months.

And it's what you should use for cereal!

I would use full fat cows milk but there is no need to boil it first - cold from the fridge is fine unless you want the cereal to be warm!
