help, I need a routine

8 month old baby - is bottle fed at 7,10,1,4 and 7. Was having three 'meals' about an hour after bottles (not after 10) but now doesnt seem hungry and am offering food later and later - about an hour and a half/2 hours after. Initially ate food really well but I think combination of cold and teething and not having a growth spurt means he just isnt that interested at the moment. I dont know whether I should cut out one of the bottle feeds as the 10 and 4pm ones are only small feeds to give more time for eating food in between bottles. To make it even harder he is going to start nursery one day a week and their routine is completely differant to mine so not sure if I should just try to swap to what they do. Arggghhhh
If anyone can decipher that ramble and help me then I would be very grateful. Basically what routine do you have for a 8-9 month old?

Cut 10 bottle and do lunch before 1 o clock bottle. Then cut 4 if still no better. Once my de was eating 3 proper meals he dropped his bottles so only had bedtime and first thing one.

Get dairy in with breakfast, cheese etc

I would cut 1pm bottle. So it goes:

Milk feed 7am
Breakfast 8am
Milk 10am (which will be dropped and replaced with snack)
Lunch 12 noon
Milk 3pm
Tea 4.30 - 5pm
Milk 7pm

My nearly 8mo feeds at similar times- breast feeds at 7, 10, 4, and 7. I dropped the 1:00 feed when she was eating a good amount at lunchtime, she has water with lunch at 12. Breakfast (porridge and toast) is at 8ish and dinner is at 6.

Thanks guys for the ideas. He has 7 ounces at 1pm and only 3 at 10am and 4pm so I'm more inclined to stop one of these first and go from there - possibly stop the 10 am one and have lunch before milk. Which would fit in with nursery as they give lunch at 11.30 - 12
