Wine in sauces, stock cubes and BLW

I was cooking a spag Bol and adding in the usual wine and suddenly panicked about feeding it to my baby. I know most of the alcohol would cook off but what's the general consensus? Also, what do people do for stock when don't have time to make own and can't get the salt fee ones (I'm not in the uk so can't get them)?

I've added woe to things I've cooked, can't imagine for a mo that it will be detrimental. As for the stock cubes, could you leave them out and add salt after Lo has been served or at the table?

Wine is fine I believe as the alcohol burns off. With a stock cube I use salt free (from amazon as i can't get them where I am either)

If you can't get them i'd add the required amount of water (say 750ml or whatever) but no stock cube. Then add salt at the table for you. Stock cube is mainly salt definitely can't give it to a baby.
