10 mo DD has possibly developed reflux?

Looking for advice here...

DD is being weaned with a combination of spoonfeeding & BLW. She's been on 3 meals a day + snacks for about 3 months and still has a BF about 3-4 times a day (evening & overnight as I'm back in work).

She had a D&V bug last week which she seemed to shake off pretty quick, but over the weekend stared having wet sounding hiccups and the occasional little sick. She also had a bigger sick in bed last night when she had a second boob within 45 mins of a full boob (moving from downstairs to bedroom where we cosleep).

She's showing all the symptoms of teething again (8 teeth already!) and has had a cold for over a month so she is ending up swallowing a lot of mucus which has upset her tummy once or twice.

Does this sound like reflux, or is it just the mucus again?

Has she had reflux before? I'm no expert, but my DD had silent reflux and it seemed to recur when she was teething badly. But her symptoms included wanting to feed often and arching her back/screaming in pain.

It's possible your DD may just have had a recurring bug - my DD also had this, but I guess the the only way to know if it continues. I find it so hard to know! Has she been off her food?

I'd take her to the GP and get them to check her ears, throat and tummy.
