Worried DS is getting fussy

DS 9mo is eating well although the list of foods he turns down after a spoonful or two is growing. He will not take banana, cheese, egg, yoghurt and now fish although he had some fish before. He loves weetabix and fruit for breakfast, soup at lunch and will eat lots of chicken, veg + sweet potato mash, steak pie, meaballs, enchiladas, lasagne or shepherds pie. Iam getting concerned he is disliking many things and don't want to keep wasting time making him things he won't eat and having to throw them away.

Milk should be his main source of nutrition at this age so really don't worry if he refuses food, just carry on eating your meal and ignore. Once you've finished eating clear away any unbeaten food and don't offer anything else, if he's not eating, he's probably not hungry.
