How many snacks do you give your 10/11minths old...

...and when do you give them?

I think DS needs/wants more snacks but don't want filling up on snacks and not eating meals. His appetite is ok, although some meals are still hit and miss as I think he's not hungry enough.

I feel sorry for him though when I'm eating which is always

3 meals a day should be fine to be honest...

Is he still on formula

U can try : Banana, small yogurt, rice cakes, rusks...

But better that he eats 3 meals a day rather than fill him up on snacks

Milk is still more important than food at this age. If she's hungry between meals and I'm not eating, I offer milk first. Then food. However if I'm eating, she'll generally help herself!

However, most children grow to need snacks alongside meals. My 3yo would keel over without regular food. Nothing wrong with healthy snacks!

Thanks, he's still having 5 ish milk feeds a day which is why he's not always hungry for dinner. He looks at me with such anticipation each time I eat, I feel mean!
