DS is coming up to a year. He is not fussy and eats anything. When do I introduce cows milk and how much? Should I now be cutting back on his formula intake? Cutting out his afternoon milk? I find books guide you up to one year and now I am not sure?! His typical day is:

Brekkie - weetabix (using cows milk), fruit, 4-5 oz of formula

Lunch - meat or fish dishes with veg / pasta/ potato or rice. Drink of water

Afternoon - 5-6oz of formula

Dinner - sandwich or macaroni cheese/tuna pasta, maybe a yoghurt or fruit as well. Drink of water

Bedtime - 6-7oz of formula

at one and beyond they should be having 1 pint of milk a day, this includes yogurts, cheese, etc.
Milk is less important after one than food - ie don't fill them up on milk first, the food comes first and then the milk. My 16 month dd gets milk first thing in the morning, before her naps ( she still has 2!) and then before she goes to bed. All other drinks during the day are water, and water with meals.
