Weaning and the Nightime

First time poster here. We have twin (fraternal) boys who are just over 7 months old. We seem to have had success weaning them onto solid foods (3 times daily) - with plenty of formula milk still required. Has anyone out there found any foods are better at keeping their babies 'fuller' for longer - particularly at night? We currently put them down at 7ish each evening, and it seems like a complete lottery whether they will sleep into the early hours, or require constant toeing and froeing with bottles. We ssume that food is the issue as they both seem to wake up together (and they have always beween capable of sleeping through the others meltdowns). Any advice/experience gratefully received.

There is some info here on foods that help you sleep but waking at 7 months is normal, in fact half of 12 month olds still wake, no matter how they are fed or parented Smile
