Hello all

What's the deal with salt and one year-olds? A mot of BLW suggestions involve stuff like bread and tuna and ham, which are high-salt food.

Am I worrying too much??

I think under 1 the rda is 1g of salt over 1 2g then once dc reach 5 years no more than 3g of salt.

We need some salt for our body's to function properly, I was ott to begin with and gradually relaxed a little. Remember the portion size your dc will eat will be quite small ie not a full tin of tuna.
