New to weaning - haven't started yet - DD is 5.5 months.
I had imagined BLW to involve putting a selection of (appropriate) foods on DD's tray, and letting her play/decide what to eat.
But now I read somewhere that it is better to introduce each food on its own to check for allergies, otherwise you won't know if it was the broccoli or the carrots...
What's best? What did you do?
