Salmon fillet for dinner?

I'm a lardy bint so tonight I'm having salmon. We're BLW, can I give DS his own fillet? Skin off?

Of course. Salmon was actually the first thing we needed to actually buy more of to ensure DD had enough as well as us, unlike chicken and stuff where previously we'd always had left overs for sarnies.

Good stuff. Just thinking back I gave him smoked salmon at christmas and he woolfed it down.

Yes, dd2 loves it. She has expensive tastes, little bugger.
