What do you eat? Just normal meals are fine. Various stews, spag bol, roast dinner, good quality sausages that are not too salty.

My 10 month old eats same as us mostly as I home make most of our meals just don't add salt or for stews take out her portion before adding stock or use low salt baby stock cube. Her favourites are; lasagne, chilli ( mild then spice up for us) macaroni cheese with broccoli and cauliflower, pasta with leeks cream cheese and salmon, spag Bol, meatballs, roast dinner. I know it can feel like your stuck in a food rut sometimes can't it!

My Dd loves casseroles, risottos, cauliflower cheese (but I often slip in any other veg I have too), ratatouille type veg dishes, bolognaise and veg cobbler.

I feel the same as you however and feel that I dish out the same stuff all of the time and will be keeping an eye on new ideas on here too thank you Grin

thanks for all the ideas will defo be giving some a try only thing I find difficult is giving her what we eat as I don't always have the time to cook us 'proper' meals I tend to find myself batch cooking dd food at 11 o'clock at night and I tend to forget about cooking proper food for us!
