16 months and a terrible eater

My little girl has had lots of colds recently. She enjoys different food but she is not keen on eating much or feeding herself. The only way I can make her eat is by entertaining her (singing, games, tv). When I put down finger food she eats a little then starts throwin it on the floor. She then refuses to let me feed her too. An hour later she will say she is hungry again! If I give her sweet food she tend to eat it all up!
What am I doing wrong?

Just out of interest, which milk is she on and how much does she have each day?

She has 6oz of cows milk in the morning before breakfast, then 150mls rice milk with breakfast (she usually eats 2/3 to 3/4) and 5oz rice milk in porridge before bed (she won't have a bottle at this time so I tried porridge to last her through the night).

The advice is 300ml a day from 1 to 2 years. You might want to drop it down to that amount, it might encourage her a bit Smile?

Oh and what do you do when she throws the food?
