Meal ideas for ten month old

Hi I need some ideas what to give my ten month old dd to eat. Especially at lunchtime. At the moment she usually has a cheese sandwich and a yogurt. She doesn't seem to like anything else in her sandwich. For dinner she usually has pasta in tomato sauce, spaghetti bol, chicken or beef casserole with fruit for pudding. She loves pasta, cheese and mushrooms and would eat these all the time but I've got stuck in a rut and need some ideas. Any ideas welcome.

You could try omelette, especially if she likes mushroom.
Toast with homous
Breadsticks & dip

My DS (14 months) doesnt like bread but does like toast & breadsticks.

Ds is 9 months and not keen on bread so I've been experimenting a bit for the last few weeks. Big hits so far have been eggy crumpets, mixed roast veg (carrots, parsnip and peppers - I've made a veg batch and frozen it in portions), falafel, cheese omelettes, hummus with breadsticks and homemade carrot soup.

He loves boiled eggs, tomatoes and bananas as snacks.

You could also try muffins (homemade are better as you know whats gone into them) or hotcross buns. Wouldnt recommend these for every day but every now and then just to mix it up a bit.

Soup, meatballs, macaroni cheese are all favourites here.

DS (10 Mo) is just winding in pilchards on toast - I buy the pilchards that come in tomato sauce so he gets tomato too. I can second falafel as another success.

My 10 month old dd likes risotto, bolognaise sauce, cod fillet, chicken sausage or beef with veg, leek with broccoli and cauliflower in a cheesey sauce...just some ideas?!

I'm the same as you re lunch times though but omelettes, scrambled egg, jacket potatoes or potato cakes are quite popular here.

I also give finger foods such as melon, celery sticks, pepper, apple, pear, baby corn and sugar snap peas for a bit if variety?!
