Yes this is fine, DS loves them although I like the full fat, sugar and salt added beans much more

Cheung, if you slosh some Worcs sauce on your plate it almost makes up the difference!

I'm sure they're probably fine as an occasional treat. I would check the ingredients though - sometimes low salt/sugar things are packed full of artificial sweeteners.

I'm all for getting them to eat what we eat and that includes baked beans in our house

I used to rinse most of the sauce off when the DCs were little. They didn't mind.
