Help HV has been asked and is a waste of time!!!
Why is DD waking for feed? She wakes at 7 and has 8oz followed by toast/porridge.
10.30 second bottle of about 5oz
2 8oz followed by food - whatever we eat
6pm 8oz followed by fruit and yogurt, I appreciate more food = less milk so why does she wake?

If I feed her at 12pm some lunch and supper at 4 she drinks less milk and wakes.
Where am i going wrong? She is 29wks and was sleeping 7 until 7 not waking for a feed!!

She could be waking for a number of reasons - she could be growth spurting, teething, tummy ache, thirsty or hungry.

There is no known correlation between a full stomach and sleep, it's a myth that "filling them up" will make them sleep through the night.

Remember that her little tummy hasn't had to process food other than milk before, it's new and it may take a while for her body to work out what needs to happen.

Always remember food is fun before one, and continue to offer milk as and when she needs or wants it.

It's very common for babies to have previously slept through the night to then regress (google sleep regression). She's led you in to a false sense of security!

This too shall pass OP Wink
