Best highchair for BLW

My DS is 3 months old and we're planning on going along the BLW route when he's old enough. My parents want to buy us a highchair for Christmas - any suggestions as to a good one? It needs to have a tray as the room our dining table is in has a carpet, so initially I plan to feed him in the kitchen. Obviously it needs to have a decent sized removable tray with a deep lip (I can't believe how small some highchair trays are!) and be easy to clean. Anything else I should look out for? I've heard good thinks about the Ikea one, does anyone have one? Thanks!

Yep, the ikea antilop is brilliant! So easy to clean, good tray etc

Ikea Antilop.

The only negative is that it's only a tenner so you'd be better getting them to buy you something you actually need money spent on Wink

I bought a M&P highchair with a padded seat, removable tray, wipe clean etc. I had to bin it when DS fountain-vomited on it. Nightmare to clean, all the little cracks, and the straps got very dirty very quickly.
Bought the Ikea Antilop and wish I had it from the beginning! So easy to clean and it's very light. It doesn't fold though, but doesn't bother me, DS has his own place at the table!
I also bought a metre of wipe clean material from The Range for the floor for all the bits, I just lift it and throw the crumbs outside, save getting the Hoover out after every meal!

Antilop here :) High chair threads are like the bread maker threads when everyone says panasonic!

Another vote for Antilop. Honestly, in this case, cheap and cheerful, the best by far.

Thanks! 5 replies, all with the same answer - I think that's a decision made! Thanks all x
