What's a fruit pot?

organix do different fruit purees in pots i would make my own but no room in the freezer

That sounds very good. My ds will be 9 months in a week and has a much more limited diet....wish he was eating that

ooh whats your recipe for fish cakes, really fancy trying that

hi, they are all from the Lorraine Kelly book.

Mini fish cakes

1lb potato
8oz salmon, cod or a tin of tune in spring water (i use tuna as ds has cod on another day)
milk for poaching (if using salmon or cod)
1oz butter
4tbsp milk
1tbsp parsley

boil potatoes until soft

place fish in pan and cover with enough milk, bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 -10mins. drain and flake fish.

mash potatoes with milk butter and parsley then add fish/ tuna and shape into little burgers.

fry in a little oil untill brown, drain on kitchen roll.

will keep in the fridge for 3 days or can be frozen for 4 weeks.
