New porridge, excessive pooing

Hi we just started our seven month old dd on the more wholegrain seven month onward porridge and she has started pooing a lot more than normal. Anything she eats goes through her in about six hours. Generally it's not outright runny diarrhoea. She is well in herself and has still got a good appetite.

I was wondering if it could be related to the porridge? Any experience of this?

Yeah it could well be. Why not swap to ready brek for a bit? It might calm things down a bit and its loads cheaper than baby cereals Smile

It could well be, how much sucrose is in it as this often increases poo. I'd recommend giving readybrek or Flahavens a go much cheaper than baby porridge and just oats. Hope it works out for you.
