DS off his food

My DS who is 25 weeks old has been eating solids for around a month and half now, but just recently does not want to eat much of his meals. I have not changed anything and been giving him the things i know he likes best but he is not keen. He does not want much milk either just wants juice. I think he may be teething as his cheeks are bright red, he is drizzling loads, fingers in mouth all the time, and today he has had a temperature and been quite grouchy most of the day, and sleepy with it, as did not sleep much last night. is there anything i can do to make things easier for him, i hate to see him unhappy. Been giving calpol to keep his temperature down and calgel for his gums.

Sorry this is an essay.

Please advise
