My baby is 5,5 months old - I wouold like to introduce food using BLW. I have got a medium dish for baking...( ceramic) - what kind of dishes are mots practical - shall I buy small for grilling just of the baby?

If you are doing BLW the best thngs you can buy are some long sleeved bibs to save LOs clothes, a really cheap shower curtain to save your floor and some low salt stock cubes.

I never bought any special dishes for cooking, DD just got a dollop of what we ate.

The idea of BLW is to share the same food as you. So I can't see why you need to buy a baking dish just to grill with the baby. DD goes to bed too early to have dinner with us, so she has left overs from the night before, or a picnic style tea with things like bread, cherry tomatoes, cheese. HTH.

Don't you have a grill pan? As above just give what you eat.
