Could you please give me some examples of what you give your LOs for b'fast? My 16 mth DS is a grazer and doesn't really finish things do I tend to give him different things but worry its too much or not a good mix of fibre etc.

He has a bottle of milk and then an he afterwards we do bfast. Generally he has half a banana, a handful of Shreddies in milk,
some toast, maybe a fingers worth and some blueberries.

My DS (12 mo) really varies in terms of how much he eats for breakfast. It's the least predictable of his meals, IYSWIM. I don't really worry too much as some days I don't feel like much breakfast, either!
DS has a short BF, then some banana, a handful of shreddies/mini shredded wheat/mini weetabix soaked in milk and maybe some toast with peanut butter, or 'porridge fingers' (mix proper porridge oats with some milk or fruit puree and spread on a plate, blitz in the microwave for 2 mins, allow to cool completely then cut into fingers - I think they taste absolutely gross but DS likes them!)
