are they ok babies, dd is almost 9mths and i want to cook a chilli con carne and not sure if she can have this

they can pretty much have anything from 6 months (apart from whole nuts, lots of sugar/salt, etc) so I would go for it. Dont make your lo's portion too spicy either - you'll regret it at the nappy change!!

My kids love it-with rice and plain yoghurt.
