Can my nearly 14 mo eat prawns?? Cooked prawns in a fish pie??

There is an NHS list of foods to avoid here if you want to check.

Never heard that they weren't good for infants. The NHS website just says avoid raw shellfish and I thought most things were ok from 12 months anyway.
