Milk for 1 year old. How did you switch bottle to cup?

Hello, My DS just turned to 1 year old. He has dairy and soya allergy so he takes Neocate formula milk in bottle everyday. I read bottle is not good for his teeth, so I thought I will encourage him to take his milk in sippy cup. He now can take water in sippy cup by himself but I am not sure how to start with milk. How do your 1 year old take their milk? How many times? How much? Any advice would be grateful. Thank you!

DS is 13 months and for past 2/3 months has been having one bottle (7-9oz) milk at night. He always has wheetabix with 5-6oz milk mixed in. Other than that its water out of his beaker.

DD is 2 and still has one bottle of milk in the morning and one at bedtime. I'm not too worried as during the day she has water from a cup. I have tried putting milk in a cup but she thinks we are mad and refuses to drink it. I might drop the morning milk but the evening one is part of her bedtime routine so I am not in a hurry to disrupt anything about that.

Thank you very much for your advice. I feel more relaxed about the bottle! Smile
