Baby desserts

I've seen a few Heinz baby desserts like chocolate pudding, egg custard and rice and strawberry cheescake. DS is 7mths and at the moment I give him the occasional fruit pot. Has anyone ever given these baby desserts? Can't help but think they are junk but my Mum said my sisters and I all ate them and were fine.

Also, are the cow and gate fruit pots bad for my DS's teeth?

why waste your money, give fruit at the end of a meal, baby does not need to risk rotten teeth and bad habits.

It sounds like fruit is the better option plus we always have lots of fruit in the house as I eat a lot of it.

avoid petit filous, they have the same amount of sugar as a bite size mars bar!

Muller little stars fromage frais arent too high in sugar and in asda on offer for £1.50 for 18

We use the Organix fruit pots as a standby, just remember that whatever flavour of fruit pots that you buy will end up being about 90% apple. I tend to buy fruit from the market then puree it and freeze it in little pots, loads cheaper and really easy to do
