My DS is 6 months and 1 week and has been weaned for 2 weeks. When is the best time to introduce yoghurt? And cheese? Am confused as to when he can be introduced to cows milk in his food. He is combine fed - ff during the day and bf at night.
Thanks

you can give yoghurt, cheese, etc from 6 months. You can also use full fat cows milk in cereal, cooking, etc from 6 months as long as the main drink remains breast/formula milk

You can give it now. You can use milk in cooking, give dairy and use milk on cereals etc. You just shouldn't replace bf or ff with cows milk until over a year.

fromage frais and yoghurt are both fine from 6 months.
