BLW - someone talk some sense to me!

This is probably going to sound ridiculous. Very recently started BLW with my 6mo and I think she's doing pretty well. Today at teatime she had a couple of chunks of plum and a bit of asparagus, she kind of sucked the ripe plum flesh off the skin and managed to chew up the asparagus tip. I have to admit I find it all a bit nerve-wracking.
She had her bath and usual bed time bottle about 1.5 hours later and is fast asleep in bed but I am now worried that she might have got some plum skin or food residue stuck inside her cheek or something and it will dislodge now she's lying flat and she'll choke.
Just writing this I know it is hugely unlikely. Could someone please talk me out of going and waking her up by fishing around in her mouth??

Only just read this, my DD eats plum in the same way, I love the way she skins them. What did you do in the end? If she'd had any milk after her tea I'm sure it would've washed away.

Do you brush her teeth before bed? (Or gums if she has no teeth). These are great for gummy babies:

Whilst you know the likelyhood of anything remaining in a babies mouth is very small, practising brushing teeth will help to allay any fears you have in future xx

Hello. I controlled myself. She was perfectly fine of course! I do brush her two tiny bottom front teeth but could have missed the plum skin . . . must worry less!
