I am really stupid but I need a bit of help re freezing and defrosting baby food. I have never ever defrosted anything before
and dont want to make stupid errors with my baby food!
I have done a big batch of carrots and frozen some in some baby jars somebody gave me. So, if I want to give DD some carrots tomorrow, do I take them out of the freezer tonight and defrost in the fridge (as I would do breast milk) and then warm them up for her food, or take out in the morning / when needed and heat up?
yes, I know, I'm clueless. (In my defense I do cook a lot of my food from fresh so the freezer usually only has uses for breastmilk and ice-cream!!)
