Just want to know to a) get some more ideas, and b) see if dd is about right.

A typical day:

Breakfast - mini shredded wheat + satsuma + pear

Lunch - what we had for dinner previous night so meat and veg, pasta, sausage casserole, etc

Dinner - cheese on toast + humous + veg,

She has a beaker of water which she drinks very little of with meals.

She has milk mid morning, mid afternoon, before bed and once in the night.

Ps don't give him juice just give him milk or water. It's bad for there teeth and empty calories. Babies shouldn't have juice, even Robinson's put on there packaging that it's not for under 3s.

My baby is 9m

I bf at 5 am and 7.30. Breakfast at 9 ish - baby porridge then toast with marmite or cheese spread or mashed banana . Water from doidy cup.

Lunch 1 ish Fish or chicken lumpy puree dish or with chickpeas, lentils, spag bol etc an ice cube of veg puree....I mix up random combinations loosely based on annabel karmel book. Sometimes scrambled egg or eggy bread. Then some bits of random finger food eg fruit, pitta, bread, mini sandwiches etc Water from doidy cup.

Dessert ...I try to do a fruit based pudding eg mashed banana, baby rice and puree for one meal and a milk based eg homemade rice pudding or more often natural yoghurt for the other. I have frozen lots of ice cubes of different fruit purees so just pop one or two out.

Supper 5 ish similar
Water from doidy cup

If out we use ellas pouches and since dropping day time breast feeds she will now eat almost a whole one.

Bf at 6.30 bedtime and 10pm

And up to 2x overnight :(
Wake at 5am start again!!

I was giving bf between every meal and found that since stopping she hasn't asked for it and has finally started eating lots..think it was a vicious cycle that she was too full of milk to eat solids properly.
