Starting weaning and DS has started drinking less formula

DS who has always had a "robust" appetite (to the extent that he was often referred to as Bottomless Pete) at 6.5 months has just sort of dropped off. He's eating purée twice a day (roughly 2 dessert spoons at a sitting) and was doing in 240ml x 5 per day and suddenly it's tailed off....he's otherwise fine, just eating less than normal.

Any ideas? Should I be worried ?

from 6 months a minimum of 20oz (500-600mls) is recommended so if he is still taking at least that amount then that if fine. I ended up splitting milk from food so that milk didnt drop so quickly e.g. give milk and then an hour or so later give food

I have nothing to worry about then, he's still taking rather more formula than that. Ahoy Bottomless PeteGrin

I dread to think what my food bills are going to be like when he's a teenager...
