BLW home made mayo and belly pork

This is DD3, but I seem to have forgotten a lot! She is 6mths old.

When can I let her have home made mayo? Eggs from our own chickens in case that makes a difference!

I'm roasting belly pork for supper today, obviously covering it in salt. Not going to give her any crackling, but could she have the meat underneath?

AFAI can remember anything other than honey, whole grapes and whole nuts is fine. Certainly the meat from underneath should be ok.

Have the chickens been vaccinated against salmonella?

Do you vaccinate your chickens against salmonella? Is the baby very robust - the age when you want to limit risks of food poisoning are to do with how well they'll be able to stand up to the poisoning and the treatment, at 6months I'd probably be erring on the side of safety, there's no age where it becomes safe though, you simply have to weigh the risks.

The meat will be completely fine.

The chickens aren't vaccinated.

Thank you! I'll hold off on the mayo, but I am sure she will be pleased with her belly pork for dinner!
