Won't sit still!

DD is 15 months and won't sit in her highchair for more than 2 mouthfuls. She also has a small table and chair that I have tried feeding her at but she is the same there. She will play for a bit then ask for more. Breakfast took 2 hours today and it's really starting to annoy me. She has always been fussy so I have taken a relaxed approach, trusting that one day she would 'get it'. Now she isn't so much as fussy, just doesn't have time to eat.
Any tips?

Let her feed herself? Might keep her amused longer. My dd would eat porridge with a spoon at that age.

She does feed herself. So it takes longer and she eats less than when I fed her!
