Fruit flakes

Seen these little bags of fruit flakes around - any thoughts?

They're quite hard to chew as I recall. Just give your baby fruit! I carry little pots of raisins or blueberries for treats while out.

My 2 are 5 and 8 years old and have a bag maybe once a week as they are very sugary. They like the yogurt coated ones.
