Advice - vomiting after solids

DS is 23 weeks and we have been giving him some purees for the last 2 weeks. First of all he was fine, eating loads and all going really well. This week however he tends to be sick about 3 hours after the solid food (we aren't giving him much and milk feeds are the same as before).

He has never been a sicky baby at all before so seems a little strange. Anyone experienced this?

Not experienced this but would be tempted to stop weaning and restart in a couple of weeks and see how thing progress then. If you do that and he still vomits I would take him for a check up at the GP, just to rule out and physical reason.

Thanks Jilted - today we separated out solid food from milk feed and hes been fine. wondering if it was just the volume of it all at the same time.
