so far baby has only liked porridge.

is it ok to just feed this? have tried banana, avocado, pear, apple, potato...

also since weaning she spits up even more...and now it has food in it..yuck!
she has always been a sicky baby but its getting worse. what do I do? do you still try to feed solid foods that she vomits??

How often are you feeding?

What are you making the porridge with?

Ds had reflux so didn't get on with solids until he was a bit older. It was stressful as I imagined I'd miss a window of opportunity and he'd be on milk forever. In the end I cut down, gave more finger foods and did a bit of spoon feeding but not much. We didn't get to three meals until he was 9 months old.

I am another one who moved to BLW, my baby is a bit independent understatement so it worked much better for us.

6 months is still very early early days.
