Says it all really. DD can't really eat what we eat cos DP likes his food highly spiced. I don't mind cooking separate meals but I am lost for ideas.

I have been doing a few Annabel Karmel meals but thought there may be something else out there that was simple and tasty.

Thanks

give her some of your food and if its spicy just add creme fraiche or similar .. babies like spicy

or take some out before you add the spices

its time to stop cooking separate food for her .. it will make your life much easier

I know I know but I have to cook separate meal for DS who has a host of allergies (and has every plain tastes) soI've gotten used to it.

Thing is I think DD is showing signs of being fussy eater already. I might try her with some of the milder spicy food but DP is from carribean and likes things very spicy. Interestingly his Mum had trouble getting them to eat spicy food as kids.
