Hi my daughter is 1 years old on monday, i was woundering do i still need to sterilize all her things that i have been in the past?
Also can she start having cows milk based things ie. ricepudding?

No need to sterilise - I used the dishwasher from 6 months.

Also cows milk based stuff is fine now too. She could have had that earlier - just not cows milk as a main drink.

Agree with iggly she can have cow's milk in food from 6 months and as her main milk drink from 12 months. I think 300ml a day is recommended, have a look here. If you are bfing though and want to continue you don't have to worry about giving her cow's milk to drink yet Smile.

I never sterilized anything and used cows milk in food from when I started weaning (6mo), would have been far too much hassle to use anything else anyway, but then I'm lazy!
