How much food for a 7 month old?

After a very slow start with weaning, things seem to be going quite well now. My 7 month old DD has 3 bottles of milk a day and 3 meals.
I was wondering how much solid food she should get. Should I just keep feeding her until she doesn't want any more, or should I decide on the quantities?
A typical lunch or dinner would be roughly the equivalent of half an Ella's Kichen pouch and a pot of Hipp pureed fruit. Sometime I give her a few finger foods to chew on and she has fruit sticks or rice cakes here and there throughout the day. She also has quite a lot of water from a doidy cup.
Does this sound about right?
