What age did you introduce the likes of bluberries, strawberries, raspberries etc? NHS didn't put them on the don't eat list but some internet articles say leave it until 3years in some cases....

but we have NO history of allergies on either side of the family. Best to be cautious if you do.

6 months here too. Just squash blueberries etc so they break open as the round shape could get stuck in the throat. Same reason as slicing grapes in half. Also mango is good. Cut a strip and leave the skin on the bottom half for grip, then let them get on with it.

6 months. In fact the only things you can't introduce at 6mo are:

Honey, whole nuts and whole grapes (chop them)

3 years!!!!!!! Thats bonkers!

My DS wasnt keen on raspberries and strawberries till about 10mo....but you can try almost anything once they are past 6mo.

Some people say to wait till a year for strawberries for allergies but if their is no family history then go for it. Smile

6 months. I only found out when DS was approaching 1 year old that strawberries can be allergens...
