Hi, dd is 7 months now and i getting very confused about portions. She is enjoying three meals a day with three bottles a day but it's the recommeded portion size for her age. Does anyone bother with this. I have read she needs two to three portions of carb which is two tablespoons. She has half a weetabix at the moment and that is plenty but is that two tablesppon. I recently bought ready brek which she likes but i bought the sachets which is about 25g and is way too much. Is that not two tablespoons or am i misunderstanding this and it should be two tablespoon of made up readybrek. To make matters worse the boots baby muesli suggests 6tablepsoons and lots of milk for her age and this feels like half the packet. Am i just thick or not understanding the portions. Don't get me started on protein. I make hotpots which she loves but mixed with veg, now how do i know there is an ounce of protein. Please help. thanks
