dd is now having 2 small helopings of fruit/veg a day in addition to her normal milk feeds. This seemed to be going swimmingly but this week she has been grisly all day and seems to want her milk early - which doesn't make sense as she is eating all of her solids - then doesn't finish it. She has always been a wriggly feeder and has never taken more than 25oz milk in a day and I was hoping weaning would help. I really don't want to get her in the habit of snacking on milk throughout the day.

I wonder if she is thristy - should I give her water when she is grisly but not gone 3 hours since last feed? if so what should it be in and how much?

The other thought I had was teething?

I give dd water after her solids in a boots own brand training beaker (it comes in pink or blue with handles and a soft spout (like a teat)). She pretty much helps herself, we just needed to tip it up a bit to start with, so she is only taking what she wants.
