Trouble Keeping Food Down

Hi all. My son is 9 months old and seems to go through phases of struggling to keep food down. He was bottle-fed expressed milk for the first four months, then combination-fed breast and formula since then. I started weaning at 6 months.

Since he has been teething, a lot of his meals have "bounced". There's no warning, and he seems perfectly happy afterwards. He's in the 75th weight percentile, so that doesn't seem a concern. It doesn't seem to follow any pattern - he'll be sick after milk or various types of solids.

I don't know if I'm feeding him too much, because he has huge meals (3 weetabix for breakfast, for example) but he opens his mouth enthusiastically for each mouthful and cries every time I take away an empty bowl.

Is this just a teething thing? A friend suggested reflux, but it seems a bit late for that.
