Anyone got the AK 'weaning' or '100 baby purees' book?

I have just started weaning my dd and want to make the spinach, parsnip and pear purée, as my ds loved it when I weaned him...

I've just realised that i gave away the AK book that I had that recipe in.

So I wondered if any if you kind mn's could please look it up for me and give me the proportions of parsnip/spinach/pear.....

I cannot remember which AK book it was in, but i'm sure either the weaning or 100 purees

I've just looked in the weaning book but its not in there, sorry!

I have the Feeding Your Baby & Toddler AK book. There's a recipe for Spinich, potato, parsnip & leek puree.... going on this recipe there's 100g spinich & 100g of parsnip (250g potato & 50g leek) if thats any help.

I'm new to this weaning lark (DS is 5 months) so just getting myself prepped so dont know what the recipe is like but it sounds nice.

I'll happily type the recipe for you if you want it. :)

Thank you, cravingcake, but I guessed the proportions and made the puree already. Seems to be going down quite well.
From memory I used 2 parsnips, 2 pears and 200g of spinach.
Hope your weaning goes well, from experience the stronger tasting purees are favs in this house.
