Is my 6.5 month old cutting back on milk?

I have been weaning my LO for a couple of weeks using the timings etc from Gina Ford which seems to have worked well. Currently we are on:

7am BF + breakfast
11:30 BF one side, lunch then BF other side (sometimes will drink a lot here)
2:30ish BF
5pm tea
6:30ish BF + ebm top up then bed

Before weaning was on basically the same timings but just without solids (I haven't cut out the lunchtime feed as GF suggests). Babe has always been a speedy feeder and as BF the only way to measure how much he is getting is length of time in the boob (I know pret unscientific!). In the last couple days, little one seems to have taken less milk at 3pm feed and also at bedtime (both on the boob and less ebm top up).

Do I need to reduce the solids at lunch / tea, or could this just be a phase?? He always seems hungry for lunch and tea solids and if anything he seems like he wants more! Just worried about him getting the minimum 500ml of milk or whatever it is.

Thoughts??

I wouldn't worry, if he is sleeping fine and is happy then he's getting what he needs. They do cut down on feeds gradually once solids are introduced.

He is sleeping 7 til 7 since I started weaning him (touch MASSIVE wood) - is just stressy because I don't know of he is getting enough milk :-/
