Very fussy 12month old

Looking for some advice for my very fussy 12month old DD.

We did BLW from 6 months as she was a total spoon refuser (although from 8 months she would let me feed her yogurt from a spoon).

DD only eats the following and I'm looking for advice as to how to expand her diet as its not very varied or healthy:

Rachel's yogurt
Greek yogurt with fruit puree (banana and blueberries being a fav)
Macaroni cheese
Pasta with tomato/veg sauce
Bread with anything inc humus, salmon pate, cream cheese
Cheerios
Raisins
Cheese
any Biscuits and Cakes (rarely given)
Chocolate buttons (only given by grandparents)
Broccoli/Carrots/Peppers (but only a small amount eaten about 1 in 20 times it is offered)
Steak (use to be a fav but now only gummed occasionally)

and that's its. Eveything else gets rejected and thrown off her tray.

Still has 3 x 6/7oz bottels (only recently down from 4*7oz) and I have kept her on formula.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Now she's 12 months the milk recommendation is 300 mls of cows milk per day. 12oz = 354 ml so you may want to drop one of the bottle to improve her appetite for solids. Moving over to cows milk might also improve her appetite as formula and follow on milk can cause constipation which will reduce her appetite.

As for getting her to eat different foods, have you tried putting different bits of what ever is in the fridge on her tray?

Have you tried mini shredded wheat or shreddies (good to pick up) or for a snack I have just recently discovered malt loaf which my DD loves buttered.
